Another successful iPANEL Symposium - Hosted in November 2013

There are so many thanks to go around for this event. To begin we would like to thank the organizers and BCNRI project leaders for all their long hours of visioning and planning to make this symposium a reality: Dr. Rick Sawatzky, CNS Della Roberts and Pat Porterfield (pictured L-R in second photo).

We want to thank Dr. Gail Tomblin Murphy, our keynote speaker on nursing care delivery models, who was also able to give an evening talk at St. Paul's Hospital to the general public.

Thank you so much to all of our invited guests for attending and making this an open and wonderful day of discussion. In total we were thrilled to have 78 nurses, administrators, and leaders from throughout the province of BC participate in discussions around practical ways to implement a palliative approach into nursing care in our province.
